That's it from Intersoc for the summer. We hope exams went well for you all and for those returning to their home countries we hope you enjoyed your time in Aberdeen and manage to keep in touch with all the new international friends you made. The committee would like to thank all our members for making this year so special and helping us win the award for best society events! We will be back in September with some surprises for you, but until then have an amazing summer!

Welcome back - Isle of Skye Ticket Sale!

We will begin selling tickets for our Isle of Skye trip on Tuesday 27th April at 6pm in New King's 11. Tickets cost £50 and include an overnight stay with breakfast. If this is your first trip with Intersoc please take a look at our trip rules before you buy your ticket. Best of luck and we look forward to seeing you for another amazing adventure!

After the dancing queen incident at Culloden Battlefield, we explored the city of Inverness, solved a murder mystery at the terribly haunted Carbisdale Castle and power-hiked around Loch Muick!

Isle of Skye Trip Photos

After stocking up on some supplies at the famous Inverness Tesco we visited Eilean Donan Castle before spending the evening at Skye's coral beaches and live music back at the hostel. Sunday began with a hike to the Old Man of Storr before stopping at Kilt Rock, Flora MacDonald's grave and Portree on the way back.
